A little more FYI on a Buyer’s Refund… to be precise. First, a Buyer’s refund depends on the home's final net price and the commission offered by its seller. A seller may always offer less (or more) commission. Second, a real estate agent cannot give part of their commission to a buyer in cash. We will apply as much of the refund amount to your closing costs as your lender allows. There's usually not any money left over, but if a miracle occurs and there is, we'll all go to dinner and celebrate big time.
