A little more FYI on a Buyer’s Refund… to be precise.  First, a Buyer’s refund depends on the home's final net price and the commission offered by its seller. A seller may always offer less (or more) commission.  Second, a real estate agent cannot give part of their commission to a buyer in cash. We will apply as much of the refund amount to your closing costs as your lender allows.  There's usually not any money left over, but if a miracle occurs and there is, we'll all go to dinner and celebrate big time.

Since the beginning of my dallas real estate career in 1986, I’ve learned several important things in my professional and personal journey.  As a Realtor® and property asset manager, I’ve learned that real estate is my product, but relationships are my business.  All the smiles, fun, excitement and enjoyment that often come along with my treasured clientele - are an essential bonus to my job.  Also, as I assist my clients in finding solutions, making important decisions and moving on; I somehow become part of their life’s story.  It has been a privilege - and a special blessing for me.  To this day, it brings me unspoken joy.
